Before you begin looking through my photos here, I've got a few tips for you to make this experience as
1. Give the pages a little time to load before you start screaming at the computer. I've tried to make the thumbnails as small as possible to reduce the loading (carregando, as the Portuguese would say) time as much as I can, but at times it's not working too well. I'll soon make an archive page or something where I'll shove all the really, really old ones. But in general, it shouldn't take over 30 seconds. So don't stress too soon.
2. Hold your pointer over a picture to get a little explanation of what its about, when it was taken and why. Obviously some speak for themselves, but others are a bit more random and need a bit of explaining. I think this works for all types of computers and whatever, but if you're experiencing problems then let me know! (I need to know about it so that I can sort it, whatever it is!)
3. Click on the thumbnail to get a bigger picture. Yes, I know that's like the most simplest thing in the world to know, but I don't know who's looking here and it could be some complete computer novice who only JUST worked out that if they move the mouse then the arrow on the screen moves too. So, click, and give it time to load as most of them go pretty big (though I've tried to sort them so they go to a sensible size).
4. Remember to keep an eye out for new pictures. I'll let you all know on Mavis, and also on the Latest page, so then you know what's going on.
